REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Our goal is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and to guarantee that it arrives in perfect condition.
REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund your order or exchange your product within 10 days of the date the order was registered for shipment, delivered, or shipped. However, we must be notified within 7 days of the order's delivery that you intend to return the product. Refunds—including shipping costs—will only be issued if the items were delivered in error, were defective, or were severely damaged. Orders for bottles with custom engraving cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

Please note that, in the case of certain products marked on our website as: "Warning: these bottles may leak during shipping; therefore, shipping is at the buyer's own risk," no refunds will be issued for damages.

Refunded orders must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition for the refund to be granted. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of our receipt of the product(s).

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order, but you must do so via email within 4 hours of the time of purchase. If an order has already been registered for shipment, the buyer must wait for the product to be retrieved, accessed, and inspected before a refund can be issued. This typically takes between 3 and 10 business days, depending on various factors. Any dispute filed during this timeframe will be rejected.

If the product has already been shipped and is pending delivery, you must return the product to us in order to cancel the order and receive a refund. Unless the product is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the product (including shipping in both directions) and for ensuring that it arrives in the same original condition in which you received it. You bear legal responsibility for the product until it is returned to us. If the products show signs of tampering, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

RETURNS

You are responsible for returning your order to us, unless it was already damaged or defective.

Please follow the instructions below to return items:

Return a copy of the invoice, highlighting the items being returned, and indicate the reason for the return as well as the quantity.
Please place the order and the invoice inside the original packaging, sealing it as securely and tightly as possible to ensure minimal damage during transit.
